What is Amped Up Motorsports? A monthly racing newspaper that covers everything from dirt to asphalt racing and other forms of racing such as gokart, drag racing and more throughout the state of Tennessee and surrounding areas. The tabloid-size paper is published 12 times a year. Most issues are at least 16 pages and includes dozens of stories and pictures.
What track does Amped Up Motorsports cover? You name it, and Amped Up covers it. A list of tracks that see significant coverage from the newspaper appears on our website. We also cover different drivers across the state of Tennessee.
What races does Amped Up Motorsports cover? Amped Up tries its best to provide information on every sanctioned and major independent special event. Special coverage is set aside for the biggest events.
How do I subscribe to the print publication of Amped Up Motorsports? It’s easy to do right here on the website. You can subscribe by either printing out an order form and mailing it in, or through a secure server with your credit card through paypal. Subscriptions begin as soon as we receive your payment or verify credit card information.
How much does Amped Up Motorsports cost? U.S. subscribers pay $36 for one year, or $65 for two years (it’s $50 per year for Canadian subscribers). You can also buy single-copy issues for $2 apiece from vendors at some racetracks. If you’re having trouble finding a copy, call us at (615) 592-6787. We also keep back issues for two years; they cost $4 apiece for the shipping.
Where is Amped Up Motorsports published? The newspaper office is located in Murfreesboro TN, located about 30 minutes outside of Nashville TN. The paper is printed in Franklin TN, and mailed from the post office in Murfreesboro.
What’s the history of Amped Up Motorsports? Founders Mike Curran began publishing in 2011, after working as track photographer at Fairgrounds Speedway in Nashville and seeing a need for a new publication Mike started Amped Up Entertainment which publishes both Amped Up Motorsports and Amped Up Magazine a sports and entertainment publication.
What kind of stories, features and pictures can I expect with a subscription to Amped Up Motorsports? In most of the issues you will see coverage of area race tracks and you will see stories on some of the unsung heros that make the races possible such as driver, crew members, track promoters and more. We have a monthly classified section.
Is it a magazine or a newspaper? Amped Up Motorsports is printed on news print. But we like to give you more than just the conventional news story. We take you behind the scenes and make you feel like you are reading more than just a news paper.
